Born in San Francisco and raised in Novato, my husband Dan and I resided full time in Petaluma where we raised two sons. While Petaluma was home, Truckee was our happy place, and our long-term goal was full time residence.
In working with a client to find a home I look at more than the square footage and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. I want the home to reflect the client’s personality and to support their wishes. A home can check all the boxes on the list but not fulfill the true vision of the client, and that is what I am passionate about. It is important for them to walk in and see themselves living there, envisioning future family events and really feeling passionate about the property they are about to invest in financially and emotionally. While there are many properties which may fulfill all of the requirements, there are special properties that speak to each individual client.
